Role description:

We are expanding our AI Studio with cross-functional teams focused on identifying, validating, and scaling AI-enabled products, services, and workflow transformations that create measurable value for Arcadis and our clients.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the investigation and refinement of emerging opportunities, working with business, technology, and domain experts to understand the underlying client challenge, validate its value, and determine where AI and digital capabilities can make a meaningful difference. You will then facilitate the validation and refinment of opportunities and transalte those into a clear solution direction and actionable plan.

You will create clarity and momentum in a complex corporate environment: structuring the work, aligning stakeholders, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring ownership for delivery, adoption, and go-to-market sits with the right people. This requires a proactive and resilient individual with practical AI experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to turn ambiguity into focused action and measurable outcomes.

Role accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

• Prioritise the opportunities Arcadis wants to pursue based on their potential to strengthen how we compete, win work, deliver projects, or create new client value
• Investigate and refine priority opportunities with clients, business leaders, and subject matter experts by understanding the underlying challenge, workflows, pain points, users, and value potential
• Facilitate the translation of well-defined opportunities into clear solution concepts, hypotheses, and actionable plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing prototypes and pilots, using evidence, user feedback, and success measures to test and refine the proposed solution
• Translate validated solutions into scalable products, services, or workflow changes with a clear path to implementation
• Ensure ownership for delivery, adoption, and go-to-market is established with the right teams and stakeholders
• Build alignment across business, technology, domain, and leadership stakeholders throughout the process

Qualifications & Experience:

Must-have

• Extensive experience in product management for digital or data-enabled products, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, with hands-on exposure to AI-enabled product development
• Ability to partner with subject matter experts in deriving high-value solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact products from discovery through scale
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience shaping product direction and making evidence-based decisions
• Ability to translate complex technical and domain insights into simple, value-oriented product narratives
• Experience working with AI-enabled products or data-driven solutions, including familiarity with concepts such as model evaluation, data governance, and cloud-based delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Arcadis-relevant sectors such as water, energy, transportation, data centers, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and value measurement frameworks.
• Experience in a consulting context.
• Experience working with external partners or ecosystems.
