At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, we help manufacturers improve efficiency through high-value automation and robotics solutions. We are one of the world’s largest suppliers of automated conditioning, handling and packaging equipment across multiple industries.
You will join our small, energetic Marketing team in Europe (office location Hapert, North Brabant, Netherlands), where initiative, creativity and collaboration matter.
The role
As a Marketing Manager, you will take on your first leadership responsibilities while staying close to the action. You will help to grow Premier Tech’s brand awareness in Europe through digital marketing, campaigns, content and events.
This role combines strategy and hands-on execution. You will support customer retention and lead generation efforts, work closely with the Sales team and turn market insights into actions that contribute to business growth.
What you will do
- Help lead the Marketing team in Europe
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs
- Supporting lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research
- Contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget
- Create content for websites, campaigns and social media
- Coordinate events, trade shows and marketing projects
- Support product positioning and customer experience initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing materials and web content
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective marketing activities across Europe
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in marketing
- Relevant experience in a B2B environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- French or German is an advantage
- Creative, proactive and eager to grow into a leadership role
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with marketing strategy, market research and campaign execution
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team
