What are you going to do?
Our support team helps application administrators at healthcare organizations with functional and technical questions about the Ons Suite. We aim to make our applications fit their workflows as closely as possible, so they can focus on providing good care for the people who need them.
Your responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our customers’ application administrators. Within Nedap’s healthcare support team, you connect customers with our developers. You investigate how our applications interact with other systems and where issues arise, working with customers, developers, and software suppliers that integrate with the Ons Suite.
Support
Handle questions from application administrators through tickets and phone calls.
Investigate
Ask follow-up questions to understand the underlying need and explore how our software fits into the customer’s workflow.
Translate
Turn customer needs into clear input for our developers.
Collaborate
Work with colleagues, developers, and software suppliers that integrate with the Ons Suite to find solutions.
Follow through
Agree on next steps, track progress, and keep customers informed.
Improve
Identify opportunities to improve our applications, knowledge, and ways of working, and take initiative to put them into practice.
Your team
You will join Nedap’s healthcare support team, providing second-line support to our customers’ application administrators. Colleagues bring different areas of expertise, and we work together to help customers move forward.
We share knowledge, support each other, and take ownership of our work. There is room for initiative, humor, and personal development. You have the freedom to shape your approach, with colleagues to turn to when you need support.
We share one ambition: creating a positive customer experience, every day.
What’s in it for you?
You will have the opportunity to contribute to something truly unique, together with more than 1,000 like-minded colleagues.
- Salary: Based on your knowledge and experience. The salary for this role ranges from €3,650 to €4,350 gross per month, based on a full-time, 38-hour working week.
- Financial benefits: We offer a thirteenth-month salary, a good pension plan, profit sharing, and the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.
- Freedom and trust: You coordinate your working hours and time off with your colleagues to achieve a good work-life balance.
- Professional challenges: Room to explore new ideas, work on challenging projects, and collaborate with and learn from more than 1,000 driven, like-minded colleagues.

Required skills
You enjoy learning, working with others, and taking ownership. You ask follow-up questions, look beyond the first answer, and take initiative when you see room for improvement. You follow through on commitments and know when to work independently and when to involve others. You share knowledge, welcome feedback, and communicate clearly with both customers and technical colleagues.
At Nedap, you have the freedom to make decisions, contribute ideas, and develop yourself. We are looking for someone who actively uses that freedom. You are curious about how systems communicate, for example through APIs, and how Single Sign-On (SSO) works. How you learn, collaborate, and take responsibility matters most to us.
In addition, you have:
- A bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences (Dutch HBO) or higher.
- A good command of Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of healthcare planners’ workflows or experience with technical integrations and data connections is a plus, but not required.
- An affinity with healthcare is a plus, but not required.
Good to know: You are available to work 32–38 hours per week. Hybrid working is common at Nedap, and you and your team decide together on your working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
AI in your work

We expect you to do the same: remain curious, explore how AI can add value in your work, and use it thoughtfully, responsibly, and with sound judgment. We provide the tools, space, and support to do so.
