AI Solutions Manager - Grooming and Beauty: Help Grooming and Beauty turn ambitious AI ideas into working solutions quickly. You will work across strategy, portfolio, marketing, commercial, innovation and operations to turn high-value business challenges into practical prototypes and clear technical solutions. Your work will help teams move faster from idea to evidence and from evidence to a build-ready brief.

  • Job Type: Full time

This is a hands-on technical role at the point where business needs, users, data and technology come together. You will build and test early solutions, make the technical choices and requirements clear, and partner closely with SCOPE, IT, data and other specialists. Central technical teams will typically own the production build and deployment; you will remain involved as the technical continuity point so that the scaled solution stays true to the validated need and delivers the intended business value.

Your role

Shape the right opportunities

  • Work with teams across G&B to identify where AI, automation, analytics or digital tools can materially improve speed, quality, insight, decisions or execution.
  • Translate business challenges into clear use cases, user workflows, success measures, data needs and technical requirements.
  • Challenge whether AI is the right answer and help teams decide whether to build, buy, adapt, automate or stop.

Build and validate prototypes

  • Create rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using available AI, automation, analytics and low-code tools.
  • Test solutions with users, learn quickly and iterate until the value, usability and technical feasibility are clear.
  • Explore how models, agents, workflows, data and existing systems can work together responsibly and effectively.

Design a build-ready technical solution

  • Turn a validated prototype into a clear solution design covering workflows, data, integrations, interfaces, controls, acceptance criteria and operating needs.
  • Work with SCOPE, IT, data, privacy, security and relevant subject-matter experts to assess feasibility, readiness, risks and architectural fit.
  • Make technical choices, assumptions, dependencies and trade-offs visible so that teams can decide and move without avoidable rework.

Bridge prototype to production

  • Prepare a structured handover that gives the central delivery teams a clear understanding of what needs to be built and why.
  • Stay engaged during the production build to clarify requirements, help resolve technical questions and validate that the solution preserves the intent of the prototype.
  • Support business owners and delivery teams as the solution moves into adoption, without taking ownership of the final build or deployment.

Create reusable momentum

  • Capture reusable components, patterns, specifications and lessons so future initiatives can move faster.
  • Help colleagues become more confident and effective in using AI and automation to solve real business problems.

You are the right fit if

  • You have 5 to 8 years of experience in hands-on AI, automation, digital solutioning, data and analytics, engineering or technically led transformation. This experience may come from any business function.
  • You have built and tested working prototypes with AI, automation or digital tools and can show how you moved from an ambiguous problem to a practical solution.
  • You understand model capabilities and limitations and are technically fluent in areas such as data flows, APIs, integrations, system architecture and enterprise technology environments.
  • You can translate fluently between business users and technical teams, turning needs into specifications that others can build from.
  • You work comfortably with SCOPE, IT, data, privacy, security and other specialists, and you know when deeper expertise is needed.
  • You bring a builder mindset: curious, pragmatic and energized by experimentation, rapid learning and solving difficult problems.
  • You create clarity in ambiguity, communicate simply and can influence across functions in a global matrix organization.
  • You focus on measurable value, responsible use and adoption, not experimentation for its own sake.

A formal engineering degree or an IT background is not required. What matters is demonstrated technical capability, hands-on experience with the tools, and the judgment to turn a promising prototype into a solution that can be built and used at scale.

Compensation and Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 78.187,00 - EUR 130.312,00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. Benefits include hybrid working, paid time-off, health and wellbeing benefits, learning and development opportunities.
