The Order Realization team turns those orders into executable fulfillment instructions, balancing customer experience, cost, capacity and operational reliability.As Senior Product Manager Order Realization, you’ll shape how orders are sourced, shipped, bundled, cancelled and fulfilled. How can we use capacity efficiently, reduce logistics costs and still keep our delivery promises?You will operate in a highly complex and important environment, that impacts Logistics, Warehouse operations, Capacity Planning and the (logistical) Customer Experience. Success requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product direction.

What you'll do as Senior Product Manager Order Realization

You’ll work with engineers, analysts, logistical process engineers and your Engineering Manager to define the future of a strategically important logistics capability.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Order Realization.
• Lead discovery and delivery across sourcing, fulfilment, capacity utilisation and logistics cost reduction.
• Partner with stakeholders across Logistics, Consumer & Partner Journey, Warehousing and Capacity Planning.
• Drive initiatives that improve order sourcing qualities that our shoppers experience for every order. This includes timely fulfilment, efficient picking and packing, preventing impact of operational hiccups, at the lowest cost in a scalable way
• Guide the team in balancing short-term business outcomes with long-term platform investments.
