YOUR IMPACT
You will be part of McKinsey’s Client Service Risk (CSR) function, whose mission is to enable McKinsey’s client impact and innovation, while managing risks to our clients, our firm, and our people.
In the Global Technology Risk team, we are helping ensure positive and lasting impact from the Tech and AI revolution through pragmatic, expert and integrated technology risk capabilities. Our goal is to act as trusted thought-partners to the firm's leadership on technology and its risks, serving as innovative problem. We offer deep expertise that is alive to emerging issues and trends, drawing on a strong network of relationships within and beyond the firm.
You will lead change programs and be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies to raise awareness and embed behavioral and cultural change to enable colleagues to act with confidence and accountability in protecting the firm when building and delivering products for the firm and its clients.
You will lead cross-functional programs – spanning experience design, process re-design, communications, learning, impact measurement and operationalization to sustain behavior change. Partnering closely with subject matter experts across Risk, Technology, and other functions, you will drive integrated change that is deeply embedded in how we work.
Your leadership will extend beyond program delivery: you will guide, empower, and coach colleagues in the team to successfully achieve their development goals and project outcomes.
