In this role, you will:
- Develop an AI-Agent that will use an internal device exploration and characterization tool to evaluate trade-offs between performance, mismatch, area, power, and technology options.
- Learn about device optimization, process and design-space exploration, operating-condition checks to support transistor-level design decisions.
- Help establish, together with the NXP team, efficient, best-in-class methodologies that support NXP design centers worldwide.
- Work in a multicultural, global environment alongside NXP design organizations across the world.

Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Electronics or Artificial Intelligence (or related fields).
- Proficient with Python language development and experience with ML libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, pyQT).
- Strong analytical, problem solving mindset and willingness to explore complex engineering environments.
- Ability to work independently and communicate results clearly.
- Linux environment (all our development tools are running on this platform)
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- Interest in EDA tools, semiconductor design flows, or engineering automation (experience not required).
- Data engineering or pipeline tools.
- Git, Jira.
- Prior AI/ML project experience (academic or personal).
