How will you make our customers happy? (Core)

At bol, everything revolves around the customer – and communication plays a key role in that. During your internship, you’ll contribute to campaigns that reach millions of customers. You’ll discover how we turn brand stories into creative and effective communication expressions. You’ll work as a valued team member and have the chance to make real impact. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the right guidance and plenty of space to bring in your own ideas.

What will you do? (Tasks)

As a Communication & Marketing intern, you’ll support our team in developing and executing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from content, social, and branding. Examples include:

• Supporting the development of creative (online) campaigns
• Writing and editing copy for internal and external communication
• Assisting with social media planning and content creation
• Contributing ideas to inspire both customers and colleagues
• Analyzing campaign results and suggesting improvements

What do you bring? (Requirements)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and eager-to-learn student who’s excited to work in a dynamic team.

• You’re following a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or Creative Business
• You’re available 4–5 days per week, for at least 5 months
• You write clearly and correctly in English or Dutch
• You have an interest in digital communication and social media
• You’re proactive, curious, and like sharing your ideas

Internship allowance

For a 40-hour per week internship, you’ll receive an allowance of €550 per month.
