  • Track progress, remove roadblocks, and embed Lean behavior in daily operations.

As members of the OE/Lean team, both Lean Business Partners will:

  • Share progress, bottlenecks, and support needs across the Lean community.

  • Support colleagues, build shared expertise, and improve ASML Lean standards.

  • Challenge teams to apply Lean principles and improve daily operations.

  • Act as a proactive business partner and catalyst for sustainable change.

  • Experience with continuous improvement methods, such as problem solving or Six Sigma, and change or project management.

  • Sound knowledge of Lean principles, change models, and flow in manufacturing.

  • Experience leading cultural and leadership change.

  • Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.

  • Experience at the Engineering–Manufacturing interface and an understanding of Engineering’s role in manufacturing or

  • Experience establishing performance management systems and key indicators.

Skills

  • Passion for continuous improvement and a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong networking and communication skills across organizational levels.

  • Ability to motivate others and position Lean Thinking as a business necessity.

  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • Clear, fact-based, and structured communication.

  • Ability to observe team dynamics and coach better ways of working.

  • Empathy and active listening at all levels.

  • Willingness to give and seek feedback and hold courageous conversations.

  • Collaborative commitment to successful Lean deployment at ASML.
