Your new job | About your main responsibilities
As a Consultant in People Advisory Services, you will work with EY colleagues and international clients on digital mobility projects. You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of technology solutions for global mobility and business travel. You will also help identify and develop practical automation and AI solutions that improve processes, user experience and service delivery.

Your key responsibilities

• Support digital mobility projects from requirements and design through testing, implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Translate business and compliance needs into clear processes, user stories and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, mobility specialists, technology teams and external vendors.
• Support testing, issue follow-up, release readiness, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, data analysis and AI-enabled solutions.
• Help develop prototypes or minimum viable solutions using low-code, automation, analytics or AI tools.
• Prepare and support client workshops, demonstrations and training sessions.

You will join an international and diverse Global Mobility team in the Netherlands. Our professionals advise clients on immigration, mobility tax, payroll, mobility programmes and technology. You will mainly work from our Eindhoven office, with the flexibility to work from home or other EY offices.

Our office in Eindhoven is located in the heart of the innovative Brainport region, where technology, collaboration and social impact come together. The office is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station and is known for its open atmosphere, short lines of communication and typical Brabant warmth.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Organisational Sciences.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong written and spoken English. Dutch is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in technology, digital transformation, automation, data and AI.
• A collaborative and structured approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working in an international environment.
• Curiosity, ownership and a practical approach to delivering solutions.
