As part of the Consumer Experience (CX) Optimization Team within Europe eCom, you will be responsible for driving optimization and experimentation across key user journeys, helping shape strategy while delivering measurable commercial impact across adidas .COM and the Flagship App.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of the experimentation, optimization and personalization strategy within the Browse & Decide pillar, with a focus on optimizing mid-funnel experiences to improve product discovery, consumer decision-making, engagement and conversion across the digital experience.

With a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics, you will translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business performance and the consumer experience. By identifying and prioritising high-value opportunities, you will help focus efforts on the areas with the greatest potential impact.

You will help shape the experimentation roadmap, audience strategy and personalization approach, ensuring initiatives are aligned to consumer needs, commercial priorities and broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in digital optimization, with experience in A/B testing & personalization. You’re confident in translating data into meaningful test hypothesis and behavioural insights that drive performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the EU Market, Global Product, Analytics and Trading teams. You’ll help scale successful initiatives and champion a ‘Consumer First’ mindset through data-informed experimentation - ensuring we deliver the best possible experience for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the A/B testing and personalization strategy across key mid-funnel experiences, owning experimentation planning, ideation, hypothesis development, prioritization, velocity and performance.
  • Support the execution of day-to-day optimization initiatives and trading opportunities.
  • Own and drive the optimization and experimentation roadmap, aligning opportunities to commercial priorities, consumer needs and business objectives, ensuring outcomes are translated into scalable solutions and measurable impact.
  • Define and evolve our audience segmentation approach to enable targeted personalization and tailored site experiences to key consumer segments, establishing strategic audience frameworks to support business growth.
  • Drive the evolution of experimentation and optimization capabilities through existing platforms, identifying capability gaps and enabling scalable testing and personalization.
  • Lead opportunity discovery through analysis, consumer insights, experimentation results and commercial performance data, translating findings into hypotheses, strategic recommendations and business cases that influence product, trading and consumer experience decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Trading, Global Product, Site Operations and Marketing Activation) to gather insights, validate hypotheses and embed consumer needs into testing and optimization strategies.
  • Share test learnings and insights across EU and global markets to support broader adoption, inform global strategies and champion a data-informed, consumer-first approach.
  • Help deliver mid-funnel experiences that reflect seasonal campaigns, category and brand storytelling - connecting consumers with the right products and narratives at the right moment.
