Your job

In this role, you combine people leadership with technology transformation, ensuring office and end user connectivity and datacenter services are reliable, secure and ready for the future.

You will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, driving engagement, growth and results.
  • Own the reliability, scalability and continuous improvement of End user (Zsaler), Office connectivity and datacenter services.
  • Drive standardization, automation and lifecycle management across infrastructure and network services.
  • Deliver an exceptional end-user experience by improving service quality, performance and productivity.
  • Play a key role in executing the End User Zero Trust strategy and embedding security-by-design into connectivity services.
  • Align technology services with business priorities, user needs and evolving ways of working.
  • Manage vendors, service performance and costs to maximize value and operational excellence.
  • Foster a consistent and integrated approach across datacenter, office and end-user environments.
  • Champion sustainability by optimizing datacenter services, reducing environmental impact and enabling responsible technology choices.
