π What do we expect from you?
- Visibly map and assess end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops at clients.
- Redesign business processes to achieve measurable performance improvements.
- Translate strategy into daily actions and help teams truly achieve their goals.
π€ Your profile
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's, in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or (Technical) Business Administration).
- Analytical, curious and driven to solve problems.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a true team player.
- Willing to travel and work on location (driving licence B required).
- English required, Dutch a plus
