As our Members Relations Intern, you’ll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new arrivals, hosting our member spaces, to checking in with long-standing members, you’ll help turn a great space into a genuine community. Some days you’ll be catching up with members over coffee, getting to know their work and what they need. Other days you’ll be tracking feedback, following up on concerns or helping the team spot who might need a little more love before they drift away. No two shifts look the same - and that’s exactly the point. If you’re a people person who genuinely cares about making someone’s day better, and you want to learn the ins and outs of membership and retention, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • IT-Florence Belfiore

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Being a familiar, welcoming face for our members — getting to know them, their work, and what they need
  • Helping to track member satisfaction and flagging anything that could improve their experience
  • Collecting and responding to member feedback, and helping the team act on it
  • Supporting retention efforts — spotting members who might be disengaging and helping bring them back into the fold
  • Assisting with onboarding new members so their first weeks feel seamless

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural people person — you remember names, you ask good questions, and you follow up
  • Calm and solutions-oriented when things get tricky
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in hospitality, community, or membership businesses
  • Organised enough to juggle multiple member relationships at once

What You’ll Get

  • Real responsibility from day one
  • A front-row seat to how a membership club builds loyalty and community
  • A team that moves fast and values your ideas

What You’ll Have

  • You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU
  • You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication Sales or a related field
  • You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people
  • You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
  • You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed
  • You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are always a plus
  • You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organisations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth.
  • Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
  • A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events and fun colleagues.
