By exploring international frameworks, defining assessment criteria, and building a scoring model, you will help establish a solid data foundation. Your findings will directly shape how Vanderlande measures, governs, and reports its sustainable progress moving forward.

Department description

You will join the global Sustainability team, responsible for shaping and driving Vanderlande's overarching sustainability program.

Because circularity touches every aspect of our operations, you will work closely with colleagues across various disciplines, including R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Data Analytics.

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Research international circular economy standards and frameworks (such as CTI and GCP).
  • Develop clear assessment criteria and a scoring model to classify Vanderlande's revenue categories.
  • Create, test, and validate a reliable calculation methodology for circular revenue at company level.
  • Identify data requirements and map out the necessary operational and financial data streams.
  • Deliver a comprehensive implementation roadmap including governance, reporting guidelines, and strategic recommendations.

  • Strong affinity with sustainability, circular business models, and data analysis
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build data models and translate complex insights into clear frameworks
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • *Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands

    Master: €550 per month
