- Job title: Business Development Manager.
- Location: Best, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands.
- Job type: Full time.
Your role

- Build robust business cases, value propositions, market-entry plans and investment proposals that support informed go/no-go decisions.
- Shape customer-facing opportunities by coordinating commercial and technical input and creating a clear path from initial concept to execution.
- Develop strategic growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Quality, Regulatory and Operations.
- Connect stakeholders across functions and geographies, create alignment and influence decisions without relying on formal authority.

- Represent DUNLEE in discussions with OEM customers, partners and other industry stakeholders.
- You will join an international team working across the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, India and China. DUNLEE combines the agility and customer focus of a specialized imaging-components business with the reach and expertise of Philips.
You're the right fit if
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a comparable discipline, combined with at least three years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, product management, partnerships or another commercially focused role.
- You have demonstrated experience identifying growth opportunities, conducting market analysis and developing business cases, financial models or commercialization plans.
- You are a self-starter who can structure ambiguous opportunities, establish priorities and independently bring the right technical, commercial and senior stakeholders together.
- You communicate confidently in English and are comfortable working with customers and colleagues across functions, cultures and geographies.
- Experience in medical technology, health technology, diagnostic imaging, capital equipment, advanced manufacturing or a complex B2B/OEM environment is an advantage. We also welcome candidates from other regulated or technical industries who can demonstrate strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment and an affinity with technology.
