In this internship, you will be part of the EU Control Tower team within our Supply Chain organization. Our purpose is to enhance visibility, drive performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the European logistics network.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support Fastnet performance visibility and reporting
    • Consolidate and validate operational performance data from different sources.
    • Create reports and dashboards to provide visibility on key logistics KPIs.
    • Deliver accurate analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to process automation and workflow improvement
    • Support the development and enhancement of VBA/RPA solutions.
    • Identify manual activities suitable for automation.
  • Support project execution and stakeholder management
    • Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
    • Maintain project documentation and status reports.

About you

As an EU Control Tower Project Intern, analytical thinking will be second nature to you. You can transform complex data into actionable insights and have the technical skills to build impactful dashboards and automate processes using Power BI and RPA/VBA. On top of that, you're a proactive and structured problem-solver who's always looking for opportunities to learn, improve, and drive meaningful change within Supply Chain operations.

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Supply Chain Management, Data Management/Analysis or any related fields for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Spanish/French is a plus.
  • Able to work from our Zoetermeer office at least 2-3 days per week.
