Internship Expectations!

Working from Home

As this internship is highly operational and hands-on, with a strong focus on sample management, fitting preparation, and supporting day-to-day buying activities, regular office presence is important. For the Buying team, we would like to set the expectation of one working-from-home day per week, depending on business and team requirements.

Full-Time Commitment

We would also like to emphasize that this is a full-time internship. Candidates should carefully consider the time commitment alongside their studies and ensure they can fully commit to the placement. We understand that school remains an important part of the internship, so we would like expectations around availability to be clear from the start.

Travel Commitment

Travel has also been a recurring topic during internships. We would like applicants, particularly those travelling from Rotterdam or other locations further from Hilversum, to carefully consider the commute before accepting the role. Regular office attendance is an important part of the learning experience and of supporting the team effectively
