You & your role

You are an AI Engineer with a Data background and strong product mindset. Starting with GitHub Copilot, you combine hands-on expertise, user needs, and data-driven insights to help engineering teams get more value from Coding Assistants, measure their impact, and safely scale adoption across Rabobank.

• Accelerate the adoption of Coding Assistants by helping engineering teams integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot into their daily way of working.
• Demonstrate the value of Agentic Engineering through hands-on experiments and proofs of concept with engineering teams.
• Measure adoption and impact by defining relevant KPIs, building dashboards, and turning insights into actions.

Top responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Dashboards to track usage and KPIs. (AWS, Azure DevOps, Python, SQL, Databricks, PowerBI)
• Be a leader on using Coding Assistants: coaching teams how to make use of AGENTS.md, Spec-driven development, custom skills and agents, and strategies to optimize token usage. Lead by example
• Help the community in making the most value out of GitHub Copilot for various IDEs and programming languages
• Perform POCs and work with Security teams to evaluate enabling new features such as CLI
• Operational tasks including license management and answering support tickets and queries

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,105 and EUR 5,862 (scale 08) for a 36-hour work week.

You & your talent

• Coding Agents knowledge (SKILLS, AGENTS.md). Active user of GitHub Copilot and other coding assistants on the market
• Knowledge of developing Data solutions (Data Lakes, ETL pipelines, SQL, Dashboards). Databricks, SQL expertise, Data Modeling
• Production experience (deploy, operate, scale systems)
• Software development background
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and product-oriented delivery.
• GitHub Enterprise administration (optional - willing to learn the basics).
• Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• AI Governance and responsible AI (security, privacy, prompt injection, leakage, data protection)
• Cloud, DevOps & IaC (practical experience, Azure DevOps).
