As Global Contract Logistics Sustainability Manager – Energy Optimization, you will lead the energy transition across Kuehne+Nagel’s global Contract Logistics operations, delivering measurable value for our customers, people and business.

You will shape and implement global standards and initiatives covering energy efficiency, renewable energy and low-emission transport, while building strong partnerships across sales, operations, support functions and external providers.

By engaging customers and collaborating with teams including Facility Management, Distribution, Procurement, Communications, Universal Standards, CL IT, national sustainability champions and Corporate ESG, you will accelerate progress towards our sustainability goals and strengthen our market-leading energy and emissions solutions.

What we would like you to bring

• Extensive experience in sustainability, energy management, facility management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions, including solar and wind technologies.
• Understanding of low-emission transport solutions, such as biofuels and electric vehicles.
• Proven track record of leading complex programs and driving change across international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
• Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
