Distribution coordinator - internship
Join the Distribution team at Another Star and play a direct role in managing channel performance across 36+ citizenM hotels. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by auditing critical data, assisting with reporting, and evaluating processes to optimize efficiency for both our existing portfolio and new hotel openings. Key Responsibilities
- support the distribution team in the day-to-day management and auditing of all distribution channels
- assist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes.
- ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels
- loading rates across various distribution systems
- help prepare commercial reports and data for inclusion in management presentations
- carry out ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks for the distribution team
Qualifications / skills
- available for five or more months
- a student currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program
- analytical thinking
- fluent in English, spoken and written. Additional language skills are well accepted
- a self-starter who shows initiative

Location and hours
- Monday to Friday, ideally 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule based on school schedule.
- Hybrid model: 3 days in the Leiden office, 2 days working from home.
- Ideal start date: January or February 2027
- Must have the right to work in the country for which you are applying
