At CoreDux, we are seeking a highly driven Technical Product Manager (TPM) who can successfully lead complex product development and industrialization projects from concept to lifecycle management. As TPM, you will play a central role in coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and managing priorities for your Product.

What will I actually be doing?

You will become part of our CTO Team which consists already of two Technical Product Managers, a Senior Principal Engineer and the CTO. As Technical Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead product development and industrialization projects from feasibility analysis to lifecycle management (R4V).
  • Coordinate and oversee all activities related to product innovation, product development, process development, customer-specific requests, and quality-related improvements for your Product Groups.
  • Create and maintain technical project roadmaps, planning, budgets, and resource allocation across departments and sites.
  • Drive accountability and maintain momentum across multidisciplinary teams, without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Monitor & report project progress, risks, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively facilitate decision-making with stakeholders and Site Steering Committees.
  • Support customer interactions, technical reviews, and audits when required.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, technical product management, product development, or a similar role within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and industrialization.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, operations, and quality functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to structure complexity and translate it into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Experience with project governance, risk management, budgeting, and planning.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken and preferably also Dutch.
