Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical & Pre-Sales Intern with technical background. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in computer network basics, Office Software, and fluent English. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Your mission
Daily Business Operation Support:
- Assist team members to proceed product or software testing and output test report
- Assist in troubleshooting and handling after-sales issues
- Online product information platform maintenance
- Sample material image processing and calibration used for AI Algorithm machine training.
- Assist in shooting product demonstration video or operation guidance video
- Provide technical assistance to team members as needed
Your profile
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology educational background. Or other major backgrounds with computer & network related Knowledge
- Able to intern for more than six consecutive months, at least 3 working days per week.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in video shooting & editing is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably Chinese and English speaker

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Team Player:
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Organizational Skills:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
