Your Role

By executing daily credit workflows, monitoring payment behavior, and applying internal policies, the role ensures timely collections, reduces aged debt, and maintains strong relationships with customers and internal teams such as dealer service and sales.

Your Main Tasks

• Portfolio Management. Manage assigned wholesale accounts by executing daily credit workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and maintaining accurate customer records. Ensure timely collections and compliance with agreed payment terms to safeguard cash flow.
• Cash Application. Process and allocate multicurrency bank transactions and prepare direct debit files using ERP tools and banking procedures. Deliver accurate posting of payments to maintain reliable financial reporting.
• Credit Risk Checks. Perform creditworthiness evaluations for new and existing accounts using internal scoring tools and payment history analysis. Reduce exposure to financial risk by recommending actions within established credit policies.
• Order and Dispute Handling. Resolve blocked orders and invoice discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Dealer Service, and customers under company guidelines. Ensure smooth deliveries and uninterrupted payment flow to support business continuity.
• Month-End Closing. Reconcile multicurrency bank accounts and prepare reports for review by the Credit Manager using accounting standards and audit requirements. Provide accurate documentation to support compliance and timely closing.
• Customer Communication. Maintain regular contact with customers via phone and email to monitor payment plans, resolve overdue balances, and build strong relationships that support timely collections.

What we’re looking for

• An inclusive mindset
• Language skills: fluent in English, Spanish and Italian; additionally good knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus
• Good understanding of accounts receivable processes, applied to manage collections, reconciliations, and accurate posting of transactions across multiple currencies.
• Good understanding of credit risk principles, used to evaluate wholesale accounts and recommend actions within established frameworks.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, for executing credit workflows and maintaining accurate customer data.
• Good understanding of communication and relationship-building, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers to resolve disputes and maintain trust.
• Good analytical skills, applied to interpret payment patterns, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions to minimize risk.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and external accounting standards during receivables processing.
