HR Business Partner – International Headquarters

In this role, you will partner with leaders across a large part of our International HQ, including our Brand and Product teams (Design, Merchandise and Buying), as well as Operations, Marketing and E-commerce. You will play a critical role in organisational development, change management, talent strategies, employee relations, and leadership support, while helping to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who feels energized by working in an international, fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll do

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for leaders at all levels of the organization, from team leaders to directors and board members.

Business Partnering & Leadership Support

• Partner with leaders across multiple HQ departments on all people-related topics.
• Translate business priorities into effective HR initiatives and solutions.
• Coach and challenge managers on leadership, team effectiveness, employee engagement, performance, and organizational design.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and retention strategies.
• Navigate complex employee relations cases and provide practical, compliant and business-focused advice.

Change & Transformation

• Play a key role in driving organisational change and supporting transformation initiatives across the business.
• Guide leaders through change processes and help build sustainable teams and structures.
• Support the implementation of new ways of working, AI adoption, people initiatives, and strategic HR projects.

Lead and develop the HQ Operations Team

• Lead and develop the HQ HR Operations team (2 employees), ensuring excellent service delivery while creating capacity for strategic HR partnering.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and data quality within HR operations.

Collaboration Across Global HR

• Work closely with our Centers of Expertise, including; Recruitment, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Health & Safety and Employability.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that help create a positive employee experience, foster engagement, and support our HQ population.

Your team in the Netherlands

You will become part of an ambitious and collaborative HR team of approximately 13 HR professionals, responsible for supporting both our international HQ population (370 employees) and our retail organization in the Netherlands (1100 employees). You will report directly to the HR Manager Netherlands and work closely with colleagues across the business.

Together, we cover the full HR spectrum, from business partnering and HR operations, to Health & Safety and Employability.

In this role, you will work closely with the other HQ HR Business Partner to ensure strong alignment, consistency and continuity in how we support our international HQ teams.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with genuine passion for people.

You have:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable senior HR role.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting leaders at different levels, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with organisational change, transformation, and complex HR challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to quickly connect the dots.
• Experience interpreting HR data and translating insights into actions.
• The ability to balance strategic perspectives with operational realities.
• Experience in an international and fast-paced organization.
• Knowledge of visa processes and the ability to advise on international employee mobility topics.

Language

• Fluent English is essential.
