Master Data team in GSC is supporting multiple business units and locations, working with all finance GSC Teams, responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations, improving operational effectiveness and efficiency of the team’s performance, resolving problems and developing the team.

Junior Finance Operations Specialist

• Location: Warsaw, Poland
• Working full time

Main duties and responsibilities

• Engage in continuous learning of Master Data processes using up-to-date manuals and perform daily tasks under the guidance of a Master Data Specialist.
• Support the process of supplier creation and updates.
• Create supplier profiles in the system accurately.
• Update supplier information based on invoices and approved documentation.
• Contact suppliers via email and phone to confirm bank details as required.
• Update data in the financial system in accordance with company policies.
• Perform all assigned activities in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for basic process improvements and support their implementation.
• Handle customer requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ensure all company standards and guidelines are followed.

About you

• Very good English skills required
• University degree (preferable in accounting) or students/graduates able to work full time
• Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with customers (customer focus, expectations management skills)
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills: team work, patience, working well in fast-paced and changing environment, can-do attitude, diplomacy, discretion
• Ability to work in international diversified professional environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools supporting the daily work
