As a SAP Solution Consultant - Authorisation & Security Level 2, you help secure the SAP environment that powers Air France-KLM. As a Functional Authorization Management Consultant, you play a crucial role in securing the SAP environment that supports Air France-KLM's business-critical operations. You are responsible for designing and managing SAP business roles, advising project teams on authorization concepts and security, and ensuring that thousands of colleagues can work safely, efficiently and in compliance with the latest security standards.

What will you do?

As a Functional Authorization Management Consultant, you are responsible for designing, managing and continuously improving SAP authorizations across the Air France-KLM organisation. You ensure that users have the appropriate access rights while complying with security policies, GDPR regulations and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.

Working closely with business stakeholders, Functional Application Managers, project teams and SAP specialists in both the Netherlands and France, you act as a trusted advisor on SAP Security and authorization management.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining SAP business roles based on business requirements while ensuring compliance with security standards, GDPR regulations and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles;
• Advising project teams on the optimal design of SAP authorizations and security for both new and existing initiatives;
• Monitoring the automated authorization process and identifying and resolving any incidents or disruptions;
• Collaborating with Functional Application Managers, colleagues within Information Management, Development & Technology and SAP specialists in both the Netherlands and France;
• Supporting SAP users across Air France-KLM and contributing to a secure and reliable SAP environment;
• Providing support and maintenance for the Air France-KLM SAP Delivery Pipeline, ensuring SAP developments can be deployed to production safely and efficiently;
• Continuously improving authorization management processes and SAP Security practices.

Where do you land?

You will become part of TACE SAP, within Air France-KLM IT Development, where you'll contribute to the management of the shared SAP Corporate Commodities environment across Air France-KLM.

Together with colleagues in the Netherlands and France, you will be responsible for SAP Authorization Management and the Life Cycle Management of the SAP landscape. In doing so, you play an essential role in safeguarding the security and continuity of business-critical systems used by thousands of employees every day.

Your home base will be Building 404 at Schiphol-Oost and the Point of View office in Schiphol-Rijk. The Dutch Authorization Management team consists of four colleagues and works closely with a team of five colleagues based in Paris Charles de Gaulle. Your profile

You are analytical, well-organised and enjoy solving complex challenges in the field of SAP Security and Authorization Management. You easily switch between business and technology and know how to connect stakeholders across different disciplines.

Hard skills

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT or a related field;
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience working within a SAP environment;
• You have solid knowledge of SAP Security concepts, Authorization Management and ITIL;
• You have experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions;
• You have knowledge of Solution Manager, ChaRM and Cloud ALM;
• You are familiar with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, GRC and CSI;
• You have experience working in an Agile environment;
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
