Senior People & Culture Business Partner

We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People team💙 In this role, you will advise and support managers and leadership across our customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Support) and our support functions (Finance, Legal) on the full range of people matters. You’ll work closely with managers to build an environment where employees are engaged, feel empowered, and perform at their best.🌟

What will you do as Senior People & Culture Business Partner?

Your role will be to advise, coach, and support (first-time and experienced) managers in their leadership role, with a strong focus on team engagement, performance, and people development. Key focus areas include managing complex employment matters end to end (including cases under Dutch employment law), and partnering with managers to identify current and future people needs within their teams and translating these into concrete proposals.

Through using HR data and metrics, you’ll identify trends, signals, surface risks, and drive continuous improvement, with employee engagement and team performance as key indicators.📈

You’ll lead company-wide HR projects from objective-setting and stakeholder alignment through to implementation and embedding. You’ll also design and develop new HR policies, frameworks, and interventions that are scalable, evidence-based, and have a meaningful impact on engagement and performance across the organization.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll work with the People Operations team to build and continuously improve global people processes, and you’ll contribute to the development of ChannelEngine's People Strategy and roadmap together with the broader People Team.🚀

What makes you the ideal Senior People & Culture Business Partner?

• 6+ years of experience as a (Senior) People & Culture Business Partner, with a proven track record of advising managers at various levels of seniority,
• Deep, practical knowledge of Dutch employment law, and experience managing complex cases end to end,
• A track record of leading company-wide HR projects with lasting impact on engagement and performance, including stakeholder management across competing interests and priorities,
• Experience working in scale-up and international environment, supporting employees and managers across multiple countries and cultures,
• Strong coaching and consulting skills, with the ability to design and facilitate (group) interventions that build manager capability and ownership,
• Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch,
• Currently resident in the Netherlands.

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Experience supporting teams or employees in North America and/or Germany.
