You and your future

During this internship, you will contribute to the execution of Rabobank's global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy and work on projects that help shape the employee experience across the organisation. As a valued team member within a small international team, you will gain unique exposure to how strategic priorities are translated into practice within a large and complex organisation.

You will be involved in ongoing projects, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and participate in team discussions. Along the way, you will develop skills in program management, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking, while also having the opportunity to take ownership of your own initiatives. From gathering input to creating presentations and helping deliver projects, you will play an active role in the team's work from day one.

And afterwards? You will have gained experience in a complex international organisation, contributed to projects with societal impact, and developed insight into how strategy, people and organisational change come together in practice.

In short

• You contribute to projects related to embedding equity and inclusion.
• You support data-driven initiatives and research, such as the Employee Experience scan, helping translate insights into meaningful change. You assist in preparing documents, presentations and reports.
• You work closely with colleagues from different teams and functions, strengthening your stakeholder management skills.
• You gain practical experience in strategic HR topics such as employee experience, inclusive recruitment and organisational development.

• Duration: Internship: 5–6 months (start February)
• Hours per week: 36 hours (flexible)
• Hybrid working: approximately 2 days a week at Utrecht
• Location: Utrecht (NL)
• Contract type: Stage
• Maandsalaris: € 600

About the team

You will join a team of 5 colleagues who are globally responsible for the DEI strategy and policy. The team advises HR business partners on increasing diversity and embedding inclusion and improves HR products and processes to make them fairer and more inclusive. In addition, we collaborate with international regions and Employee Resource Groups also known as diversity networks to further drive inclusive collaboration and creating more equitable opportunities.

You are in the final phase of you bachelor's or master's degree and remain enrolled as a student throughout the internship period
