Portfolio Management Support

Are you a process improvement expert that wants to make an impact on our product portfolio? The Portfolio Support Administrator is part of the Demand & Product Life Cycle Planning team. The team is responsible for the product life cycle of the full product portfolio of HEINEKEN Netherlands Commerce. As Portfolio Support Administrator you are responsible to ensure we have an up-to-date and optimized portfolio.

Temporary Assignment Portfolio Support Administrator

Duration of the assignment: 4-6 months

In this short-term assignment, you focus on improving and simplifying the processes concerning data modifications of the HEINEKEN Netherlands Commerce product portfolio. You are in close contact with teams like Masterdata, Retail & Out of Home, Foodservice & Convenience and many external parties and suppliers. You engage with them to identify process improvements and ensure they are on board with the changes you implement. You ensure new products and line extension are created easier and quicker so that our innovations can be delivered on time to the market. You ensure roles and responsibilities are made clear and are followed by all stakeholders.

What will you be doing as Portfolio Support Coordinator?

Your key responsibilities are:

• Identify and analyze (business) processes related to Portfolio Management
• Set up and lead process improvement projects
• Manage and coordinate the masterdata processes of innovations
• Manage, coordinate and be the contact point for all SAP masterdata: both internal as well as external (GS1/Sligro)
• Manage price modifications (internal as well as external)
• Manage new line extension requests
• Process supplier agreements
• Provide insight on supplier performance

Where will you be working?

The Portfolio Support Administrator is part of the Demand & Product Life Cycle Planning team, which consists of 13 persons. You will report to the Manager Demand & Product Life Cycle. Your office will be at the HNC head office in Leiden. In practice, your role is suitable for a combination of working from home and office.
