We plan to double our team in the coming year, so you will have a direct hand in shaping what Delft Circuits becomes. You know how to find technical talent, engage candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Delft Circuits develops and manufactures advanced cryogenic I/O solutions that enable the next generation of quantum computing systems. With our flagship Cri/oFlex® platform — the world’s first fully integrated cryogenic I/O solution — we help leading companies and research institutes around the world build scalable and reliable quantum computers. Your role
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire the right people. You will advise on the most effective recruitment strategies, write compelling job advertisements, actively source candidates, and guide applicants from the initial conversation through to the job offer.
You are part of our HR team and report to the CFO. You act as a trusted partner to hiring managers while contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment within Delft Circuits.
What you’ll do
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Review vacancy requests from team leaders against our job profiles and budget; flag inconsistencies and request additional information where needed
- Write engaging job advertisements that accurately reflect both the role and Delft Circuits as an employer
- Advise on the most effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels
- Publish vacancies on our careers website, job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms
- Proactively source and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and other online channels
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external partners
- Represent Delft Circuits at career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment events
Selection & Candidate Experience
- Screen CVs and motivation letters
- Conduct initial telephone screening interviews
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate the recruitment process and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout
- Conduct reference checks and verify diplomas and other relevant documentation
- Ensure accurate recruitment administration in compliance with GDPR
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor recruitment progress and key recruitment metrics
- Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the further development of our talent acquisition approach
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to HR and management
What you bring
You are curious, communicative, and enjoy connecting people with exciting career opportunities. You are proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
In addition, you have:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in a comparable industry
- At least three years of experience as a recruiter
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; a good command of Dutch is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- An interest in technology and innovation
Bonus points for
- Recruitment experience within a technical, high-tech, or deep-tech environment
- Experience with an ATS (applicant tracking system) and recruitment KPIs
- Affinity with employer branding and recruitment marketing

We offer
- A one-year contract with the intention to offer a permanent contract
- A full-time position: 36 hours is full-time at Delft Circuits. Given our growth ambitions we have a strong preference for full-time, but we’re open to discussing 32 hours
- A competitive salary based on experience, ranging from € 48.938 to € 55.728 per year (based on 36 hours), including 8% holiday allowance
