What You Will Do
- Support clinical trial activities throughout the study lifecycle, including site selection, activation, execution, data collection, and closeout activities.
- Coordinate study documentation and maintain Trial Master Files to ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare study meetings, document meeting outcomes, and track follow-up actions to support study execution.
- Review and process site-related documents, study records, and clinical data for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage study-related invoicing and payment tracking for participating research sites and hospitals.
- Develop, update, and distribute study communications, reports, metrics, and newsletters in partnership with study teams.
- Collaborate with Clinical Program Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Contract Research Organizations, and external partners to support study delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable regulations, and company procedures while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial administration, study coordination, or a related field.
- Experience working within Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
- Experience using electronic clinical trial systems, databases, or documentation management systems.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting medical device clinical trials.
- Experience managing Trial Master Files and essential study documentation.
- Knowledge of arterial or venous disease areas, cardiovascular clinical research, or related therapeutic areas.
Netherlands Pay Ranges:
- Netherlands: €42.000 - €78.000 EUR Annual
Belgium Pay Ranges:
- Belgium: €53.500 - €89.100 EUR Annual
