What You Will Do

  • Support clinical trial activities throughout the study lifecycle, including site selection, activation, execution, data collection, and closeout activities.
  • Coordinate study documentation and maintain Trial Master Files to ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare study meetings, document meeting outcomes, and track follow-up actions to support study execution.
  • Review and process site-related documents, study records, and clinical data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage study-related invoicing and payment tracking for participating research sites and hospitals.
  • Develop, update, and distribute study communications, reports, metrics, and newsletters in partnership with study teams.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Program Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Contract Research Organizations, and external partners to support study delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable regulations, and company procedures while independently managing assigned responsibilities.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial administration, study coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience working within Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
  • Experience using electronic clinical trial systems, databases, or documentation management systems.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting medical device clinical trials.
  • Experience managing Trial Master Files and essential study documentation.
  • Knowledge of arterial or venous disease areas, cardiovascular clinical research, or related therapeutic areas.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

  • Netherlands: €42.000 - €78.000 EUR Annual

Belgium Pay Ranges:

  • Belgium: €53.500 - €89.100 EUR Annual
