Experienced Consultant AI & Data

At Roland Berger, you will work at the intersection of AI, data and strategy as an Experienced Consultant AI & Data, using new and innovative technologies and analytical approaches to solve real business challenges.

As an integral part of our consulting practice, you will work flexibly across projects and teams, applying your expertise where it will have the most impact.

You will use quantitative and data-driven approaches to analyse business problems and develop actionable insights. Activities will range from using GIS to assess location potential to uncovering commercial opportunities and performance drivers through sales cube data.

You will also play an important role internally by developing our office's AI and data capabilities. With support and mentorship from one of our partners, you will act as a point of contact for AI and data and will contribute to initiatives that identify and embed new AI applications and ways of working. You will also be part of our growing international AI community, experimenting with new tools, developing practical solutions, and sharing your knowledge across teams and projects.

Your qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in an analytical or technical field
• 1–3 years of professional experience using data, modeling, technology or analytics to solve complex business challenges
• Sound knowledge of data analytics and quantitative modelling, with experience applying these to business challenges
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate data and technology into business impact
• Experience with AI, GenAI and emerging analytical tools, including experimentation and practical application
• Demonstrable written and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and Dutch
