Senior Expert SuccessFactors - Employee Central

The Senior Expert SuccessFactors - Employee Central is the HR functional owner for our key SAP SuccessFactors modules and processes around Employee Central including Org Management and other related modules such as Time Management. The role also drives the end-to-end HR solution design, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, ensuring scalable, compliant, and business-driven solutions.

Working closely with Digital & Technology (D&T) and external partners, the role translates HR requirements into system capabilities, oversees integrations, and ensures high-quality HR master data.

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH).

Your key responsibilities

• Own and drive the HR systems roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Management, including key integrations such as Payroll.
• Lead end-to-end HR requirements management, solution design, and continuous process optimization
• Partner with D&T teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements, releases, new modules, and integrations
• Govern organizational management, HR master data, and data quality within Employee Central
• Act as the primary HR point of contact, ensuring alignment with global HR standards, system architecture, and training governance
• Serve as the senior HR functional expert, leading testing and deployment activities while providing backup support for LMS, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance & Development

You Bring

• 5-10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management in a global environment
• Strong understanding of HR master data, organizational management, integrations, and Payroll interfaces
• Proven experience delivering global HRIS projects and driving continuous system improvements
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project leadership skills
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for data quality, standardization, and digital HR
• Business fluent in English
