As a Membership Relations Intern, you will be the pulse of the hub and the connector for members, focused on building an active community where people feel they belong, both in person and on the app.

You will spend your days on the floor, listening to feedback and bringing people together based on shared passions. Working with the Membership Hosts team, you will help turn the space into a home and keep members excited to stay. This is not a predictable desk job or a standard Monday to Friday role, so flexibility is important to support the community when needed most.

If you love people, thrive on good energy, and want to help shape the future of hybrid hospitality, this role offers that opportunity.

About The Social Hub

TSH is a creative and inspiring hospitality environment where people can work, stay, learn and play. As an employer, it combines elements of a hotel with student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink spaces, as well as community and coworking spaces. The company operates across The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with members every day to keep them engaged, happy, and loyal to the hub.
  • Introduce members to each other and spark conversations both offline and through the dedicated community app.
  • Lead and inspire a local team of Membership Hosts to deliver an excellent daily experience.
  • Host local member committees to gather ideas and act as a community advisory board.
  • Run global programs and events that bring partners and members closer together.
  • Review feedback and community trends to continuously improve the experience.
  • Handle difficult conversations and resolve community issues calmly and smoothly.

What You'll Have

  • You’re currently enrolled in a university.
  • You are studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • You bring an outgoing, confident personality and are comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.
  • You have a natural ability to build meaningful relationships and are a great listener.
  • You bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and prefer being on your feet over sitting at a desk.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills across different teams.
  • You stay calm under pressure and focus on finding positive solutions.
  • You have flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the community is most active.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact.
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with potential for future development.
  • Discounts at properties across Europe for you, your friends, and your family.
  • A workplace full of events, fun colleagues, and additional benefits.

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
