Job Title: Product Marketing Manager - Clinical Informatics

Job Description

The Business Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned portfolios of products, solutions, and services by leveraging market insights, customer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth and successful market adoption.

Your role:

  • Drive the successful execution of go-to-market strategies, new product introductions, and portfolio marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth, customer engagement, and commercial success.
  • Partner closely with Business Marketing & Sales Leaders, regional marketing teams, global business units, sales teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Develop business and marketing plans based on Strategic Plan of Record and Annual Operating Plan targets, while adapting global strategies and assets to address regional market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Gain exposure to portfolio management, product launches, omnichannel marketing, customer journey development, competitive analysis, and commercial strategy, creating strong opportunities for professional growth and career development within marketing and business leadership.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product portfolio management, omnichannel customer engagement, marketing analytics, and proposition development.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to drive effective business and marketing decisions. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to work across regional and global teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong business acumen and project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience within healthcare, medical technology, or related industries is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €61.1851 Gross to €101.976 Gross. Pay within the range is determined using objective factors, including the skills required, relevant experience, role responsibilities, internal equity and local market considerations. The role is eligible for a maximum 3% bonus, linked to KPIs and company results.
