Job Description
As a Projectmanager Northern Europe, you play a key role in shaping and accelerating end-to-end supply chain transformation across the Northern European cluster. You support, initiate and lead improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, resilience and sustainability, while translating strategy into tangible impact. Acting as a true change agent, you connect processes, technology and people to deliver measurable results.
You operate across Retail and Out-of-Home businesses and work closely with six country Management Teams and the Northern Europe Supply Chain MT. You lead functional transformation projects with up to €1 million P&L impact and actively contribute to larger strategic initiatives that drive significant improvements in cost, service and operational excellence.
What you will do
- Drive Supply Chain Transformation
Identify and realize opportunities in process optimization, automation and digitalization. You support the Supply Chain Transformation Lead in building and executing the Northern Europe supply chain roadmap and contribute to the long-term supply chain vision. - Lead Projects End-to-End
Manage functional transformation projects from design through implementation, ensuring clear milestones, risk management and on-time delivery with measurable business outcomes. - Collaborate & Engage Stakeholders
Work closely with commercial teams and cross-functional partners across the Northern Europe cluster. You communicate progress, impact and benefits clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders. - Leverage Data & Technology
Support the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to improve supply chain visibility and performance. You analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-based decision-making. - Enable Change
Apply effective change management approaches to ensure smooth implementation. You support and train teams during transitions, helping embed new ways of working.

You bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and/or project-based roles
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management; certification is a plus
- Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems is an advantage
