What you will do:

• Work in a team of colleagues with diverse backgrounds on strategic questions for both international and national clients. From market analyses to building business cases: you pick up what appeals to you, what you want to develop in, or what you are already an expert in.
• Get to the core of the question, come up with creative and innovative solutions and develop a clear strategy to optimise the client’s business model.
• Besides shaping the strategy you also help plan the implementation and contribute to setting it up and delivering it at the client. Are you the one who gets the client’s organisation moving, introduces new governance models and trains their people? Or the one who runs interviews, gathers client feedback and keeps the project documentation in order? You decide where you make the difference.
• Build advisory skills in a learning environment with experienced professionals, among other things through internal and external training at the TNXTO Academy.

What we are looking for in you:

• Curiosity, an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, self-starting and full of ideas.
• A broad interest in strategy, client behaviour and organisational development.
• The ability to move easily between analysis, collaboration and an eye for detail.
• You keep up with current trends and developments so you can advise clients well.
• 0-3 years of (relevant) work experience, for instance through internships or traineeships.
• A completed university degree in a relevant field, such as (industrial) engineering and management, business economics, international business or strategic management.
• Command of Dutch at a professional level, so you can work with our Dutch clients.
