As a Growth Operations Specialist at Picnic, you will calculate customer demand and our capacity. You will identify and overcome bottlenecks. In this role you are a key player in our growth plan in the Netherlands and France. Your affinity for numbers will enable you to calculate data-driven insights related to our customer demand as well as supply chain capacities. Your excellent communication skills will help you deal with multiple stakeholders across our business efficiently and effectively. By keeping up-to-date with industry trends, you’ll come up with innovative new ideas that improve the way we do demand forecasting and capacity planning. You don’t need any programming and/or coding skills - an affinity for numbers and being open to learn new skills is what counts!

Tricks of the trade

• Be responsible for forecasting customer order demand on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee the capacity in our delivery hubs and fulfilment centres to ensure we’re able to meet customer expectations daily.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from multiple areas of the company, including the Customer team, Fulfilment, and last mile operations.
• Create data-driven insights on changing customer behaviour.

About you

• 0-3 years of experience in forecasting, capacity planning or a similar field.
• You’re data-driven and have a passion for numbers and models.
• You’re a clear and engaging communicator.
• You’re fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a bonus, but not required.
• You’re open to learning new skills like SQL and Python.
• You're available to work 1 weekend (Sat+Sun) per 10 weeks.
