Job Description:

The Context & Environment

In a rapidly changing world, an agile supply chain (SC) is a critical differentiator for our customers and consumers. At Mars, we are continuously evolving our supply chain to be more end-to-end connected, transparent, responsive, and digitally enabled. We believe that a human-centric, digitally empowered planning community is essential to unlocking this vision and serving as the foundation for one seamless, end-to-end SC organization.

The Mars Wrigley Europe Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) sits at the very heart of this transformation. As a digital catalyst, our mission is to accelerate and elevate digital planning capabilities while fostering a modern, data-driven way of working across our European planning teams.

Within the CoE, the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team addresses strategic business challenges and opportunities by strengthening the organization's decision-making power. We are a collaborative team of business analysts, data analysts, and data scientists partnering to clarify business challenges, build digital prototypes, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

The Role

As a Front-End Developer / Business Analyst, you will directly collaborate with the planning organization and business stakeholders, as well as development teams, to design and build intuitive digital tools that drive impactful decision-making. You will participate in high-impact initiatives across the end-to-end planning domain, pairing exceptional UI/UX design with valuable business insights.

All projects directly support optimizing Customer Service, Supply Chain Costs, and Working Capital (Inventory). In this dual-capability role, you will not only build front-end applications but also bridge the gap between advanced analytics and user-friendly digital solutions that drive continuous operational improvement.

What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?

  • Develop and maintain analytics solutions: build, optimize, and maintain responsive front-end applications and interactive Power BI dashboards.
  • Lead UI/UX and design thinking: facilitate design sessions, gather business requirements, and create intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate and deliver via Agile: partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts, while directing external delivery partners within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Continuous improvement: translate complex planning workflows into automated, trusted, and user-centric digital products.

Qualifications & Skills

Need to Have

  • Higher education and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering: proven ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into clear technical requirements, user stories, and interactive wireframes.
  • Front-end delivery and data visualization: strong expertise in Power BI/Fabric to model data and design actionable dashboards. Hands-on development experience with core web technologies (React, JavaScript) to build responsive user applications.
  • Domain knowledge: familiarity with supply chain planning concepts such as demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.

Nice to Have

  • UI/UX design and prototyping tools: working background with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools for rapid prototyping and usability testing.
  • Agile and DevOps practices: experience with Azure DevOps, Git version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines within a Scrum environment.
  • Passion for change: drive for change management and embedding digital solutions into processes.
  • System knowledge: experience with Kinaxis or related planning systems, SAP, and Databricks.
