Your challenges

  • Functional operations: Dive into complex matters within or between learning applications. Resolve issues while working closely with suppliers, architects and more to keep learning technologies operations running smoothly.
  • Technically adept: Administer a diverse Learning Technology portfolio consisting of both market-leading SaaS platforms and internally developed KPMG applications, ensuring reliability, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Sharing your expertise: Be the expert on learning applications and data, empowering stakeholders to get the most out of the learning offer and applications.
  • System enhancements: Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to upgrade and innovate, creating the best digital learning experience for colleagues.
  • Process optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and user experience, and contribute new ideas.

This is what you bring

  • Learning Technologies expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in related applications such as LMS and LXP.
  • Experience or knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS, Degreed or other related learning applications is preferred.
  • Experience working with both vendor-managed and custom-built business applications, including system integrations, APIs, authentications and application lifecycle management, is a strong advantage.
  • Data mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage and work with complex L&D data within SAP SuccessFactors, contributing to data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Analytical problem-solving: A track record of analyzing intricate business requirements, translating them into solutions for the Learning Technology Ecosystem, and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Clear communication skills: Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
  • An affinity with generative AI and motivation to actively leverage this technology in day-to-day work.

Join the internal IT team within KPMG Netherlands as part of the broader HRIT department. In this role, you will help elevate the Learning Technologies landscape and operations to provide the best digital learning experience for colleagues. You will have the opportunity to create and innovate within the Learning Technology Ecosystem, streamline essential processes, and contribute to the company's success.

The Learning Technologies Advisor is one of the go-to experts for maintaining and optimizing the Learning Technology Ecosystem, consisting of enterprise platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Degreed, as well as custom-developed solutions that support learning, attendance registration, qualification tracking and professional development processes. The role involves swiftly addressing technical challenges, ensuring data accuracy, and improving processes to guarantee smooth learning operations. You will collaborate closely with teams within HR and internal stakeholders, provide user support and training, and guide them in navigating the solutions effectively. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall employee learning experience, data integrity and process efficiency.
