You’ll lead the teams behind Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance, keeping the operation smooth, warm and full of character. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes job. Your presence sets the tone for guest happiness and team energy. You’ll elevate service quality, grow the talent around you, and push the Rooms experience forward for short stays, long stays and everything in between.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the Rooms teams, from Front Office to Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Coach managers and supervisors, helping them grow their confidence and skill
- Create a culture of curiosity, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Drive the full Rooms experience and make sure every touchpoint feels thoughtful and smooth
- Shape local guest experience strategies and contribute to bigger-picture ideas
- Partner with F&B, Membership and Commercial teams to streamline operations and spark new initiatives
- Respond to guest feedback with care and turn insights into smarter ways of working
- Keep an eye on budgets, performance and opportunities to boost both quality and revenue
What You’ll Have
- You bring 5-7 years of hotel experience, including leadership within Rooms or Front Office
- You have a background in hospitality management or a related field
- You know how to lead large teams and keep energy high
- You thrive in a role where people look to you for clarity, motivation and direction
- You’re confident using digital tools to streamline work and track results
- You bring strong communication skills in English and the local language
- You have a creative mindset that turns challenges into smart, guest-focused solutions
