About the role

Because we work with many different clients and consultants around the world, it is very important that our client and consultant database is always up to date. As a working student, you will be supporting our client partners and Talent Team with various administrative tasks in the office, including (examples and not exhaustive):

• Checking and updating client contact details
• Archiving consultant documents
• Working on various office tasks
• Supporting with business development, e.g., desk research and company profiles
• Supporting our in-house events, e.g. preparations, facilitation, hosting

What we require

• Fluent in Dutch and English (in speaking and writing)
• About to complete or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Affinity with MS Excel, Outlook and Word
• Structured way of working and attention to detail
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Ability to deal with large data files
