The Senior Clinical Product Manager – MR-RT is responsible for defining and driving the clinical strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of MR Radiation Therapy (MR-RT) solutions. You will translate clinical needs and market opportunities into differentiated products and clinical applications that improve patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and business performance. You will be work closely with customers, R&D, clinical science, marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer and clinical expert, ensuring that MR-RT solutions address current and future requirements of radiation oncology providers worldwide.

Your role:

  • Clinical strategy ownership - Own the MR‑RT clinical vision, define the strategic roadmap, and shape future clinical requirements. Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Radiation Oncology.

  • Market & clinical intelligence - Lead deep assessments of market trends, clinical workflows, and emerging technologies to guide long‑term planning.

  • Customer & value strategy – Build customer segmentation models, craft differentiated value propositions, and align them with evolving customer needs.

  • Product definition & innovation - Translate unmet clinical needs into product requirements, drive development of integrated MR‑RT software and workflow solutions, and drive lifecycle management and continuous improvement.

  • Evidence generation leadership - Partner with KOLs, academic centers, and research networks to generate clinical evidence supporting adoption and regulatory pathways.

  • Customer engagement & advocacy - Represent the portfolio at scientific congresses, gather customer insights, and convert feedback into product and portfolio improvements.

  • Commercial & GTM execution - Build business cases, shape adoption strategies, support launches with marketing and regional teams, and drive post‑launch expansion.

  • Cross‑functional influence - Lead collaboration across Clinical Science, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams while mentoring junior PMs.

You're the right fit if:

  • Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline related to business development, marketing, medical science/physics, Bioengineering.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or in a medical institution preferably related to radiation oncology, and/or MR imaging
  • Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and MR imaging
  • Experience working in or with clinical product management, clinical marketing, or clinical science. Ability to translate clinical needs into product requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching complex products or adopting innovation in clinical practice.
  • Strong analytical thinking and strong interpersonal & influential skills
  • Experience giving presentations.
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with MR-guided radiotherapy solutions and knowledge of adaptive radiotherapy and treatment planning systems - Advantage

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Travel is expected 10-20%

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €[78,187]–€[130,312]. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
