Internship: Project Management Office (non-thesis): You will support the I2M (Idea to Market) Excellence Leader in streamlining and enhancing our internal operations, ensuring our processes are more streamlined and effective. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and setting up a competency training plan, playing a crucial role in its execution to further enhance the skills and expertise within our team

  • Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands; Amsterdam (3x per week)
  • Job Type: Full time

  • Weekly Presence: 40h (minimum 32h)

Please note that you need to be officially enrolled at the university for the whole internship duration!

Your role:

  • Organize and manage training calendar, webinars, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, incl. Kaizen sessions, 5 Why's analyses
  • Provide support in crafting and structuring Communication, enhancing clarity, impact, and audience engagement.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on information and results from various workstreams
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration, alignment, and shared accountability across teams.
  • Support in conducting analyses, such as Throughput Time (TPT), to identify process efficiencies
  • Analyze current performance based on KPIs and Daily Management practices.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (e.g. Process Engineering), (Innovation) Management, Communication, Business or related study;
  • You are familiar with working with AI when it comes to efficiency (e.g. creating AI agents).
  • You have excellent oral and verbal communication skills. Logical thinking skills and problem-solving mindset;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You are capable of strict planning, working on and initiating multiple projects in parallel while maintaining a high standard.

We offer you:

A non-stop growth opportunity within within a global multinational company. In addition, we also want to renumerate you well for the opportunity. This includes:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level. If you need to relocate to The Netherlands specifically for the internship there will be a different allowance. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation. Should you need to relocate to near our office, we’ll offer you a monthly allowance of €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, we’ll just ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time (for a one way trip).
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net as a monthly allowance.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
