What impact will you make?
As a Senior Manager, you lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle. This starts with defining an operational strategy and extends to (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes. You build meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients and are an excellent project manager with industry expertise. With a strategic mindset and (digital) technologies as a starting point, you help define future-proof solutions to make our clients more efficient, customer-centric, and sustainable.
Together with your team, you develop innovative and scalable improvements for our clients to respond to rapidly evolving technologies, a quickly changing geopolitical landscape, and a tight labor market. Be the true you
Naturally you want to get to the heart of the client's real issue and you constantly discover new ways to solve difficult problems. With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality, you need the following qualifications for the position:
- Master’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
- More than 8-10 years’ experience with a proven track record in business and operational transformation programs, preferably in consulting.
- Experience in the Consumer Business Industry with a deep understanding of core processes and value drivers.
- Experience managing large teams or multiple projects simultaneously, with the people skills to guide and develop high-performing teams.
