As Food & Beverage Business Marketeer, you will be the driving force behind the commercial success of the Food & Beverage portfolio across all The Social Hub hubs and destination venues. Based in the central marketing team, you will craft and execute data-driven strategies that grow revenue, deepen guest engagement, and build real brand equity for restaurants and bars.
F&B is the social heartbeat of everything The Social Hub does. From morning coffee to late-night cocktails, the team is small, ambitious, and moves fast. You will lead go-to-market campaigns, guide local marketing leads, and work with creative partners to bring concepts to life. You will also get your hands dirty: writing briefs, reviewing content, pulling reports, and running activations directly for destination venues.
About The Social Hub
The Social Hub is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer, it offers a hybrid hospitality concept with student stay, hotel stay, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes, as well as community and coworking spaces. The company operates in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain, with several new openings on the way.
What You’ll Do
- Own the F&B marketing strategy. Develop and lead the group-wide approach, aligned with TSH brand positioning for both standard hubs and destination venues.
- Lead destination venues directly. For flagship restaurants and bars, run the full mix: PR, events, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns, in close partnership with regional marketing leads.
- Enable local teams. Build toolkits and provide clear guidance so local restaurant and bar teams can execute consistently and creatively without reinventing the wheel every time.
- Drive go-to-market for new openings. Lead F&B launch strategies for new hubs and seasonal campaigns, from first brief to post-launch review.
- Manage performance and budgets. Oversee digital marketing, CRM, and booking platforms such as SevenRooms, track KPIs tied to revenue, covers, and guest satisfaction, and make sure every euro is working.
- Shape the content. Oversee production of photography, video, copy, and social assets, with a clear eye for what actually performs.
What You’ll Have
- Relevant experience in marketing within F&B, hospitality or a lifestyle brand, ideally across multiple locations or markets.
- Proven ability to build and execute campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to live activation and reporting.
- Comfortable with data: you know how to read performance metrics and turn them into decisions, not just slides.
- Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus given the company footprint.
- Hands-on with digital marketing tools and booking/CRM platforms. Familiarity with SevenRooms is a bonus.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
- The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth.
- Awesome discounts in all properties in Europe for you, your friends and family.
- A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and benefits.
