The ideal candidate has a business-driven strategic profile that can translate portfolio choices into clear commercial and financial impact, balance growth and profitability, and drive cross-functional decisions across the organization.
What we ask
- A master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of B2C marketing experience within FMCG, with a strong background in conceptual marketing, including innovation and brand development.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing portfolios based on business impact, ROI and long-term value creation.
- A proven ability to drive sustainable volume, revenue and profitable growth through strategic investment, portfolio optimisation and portfolio management.
- Experience identifying and prioritising opportunities across innovation, pricing, mix and margin improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate market, consumer and financial insights into clear portfolio strategies and align senior, cross-functional stakeholders at both local and European level.

Vacancy Description
Expectations for the role:
- Own the portfolio growth agenda for Campina, with clear accountability for driving volume, revenue and profitable growth across the portfolio.
- Translate business strategy and consumer, category and financial insights into clear portfolio choices, determining where to invest, grow, optimise or exit.
- Evaluate and prioritise portfolio and innovation opportunities based on incremental volume, revenue, margin, ROI, strategic fit and scalability.
- Drive growth and maximise value from the existing portfolio through pricing, mix and pack-price architecture.
- Address underperforming SKUs and improve structural margins through portfolio optimisation, renovation, value engineering or exit decisions, while protecting consumer value and competitiveness.
- Balance volume, revenue and margin to ensure growth initiatives create sustainable and profitable long-term value.
- Lead cross-functional portfolio decisions with Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain and Procurement, translating complex insights into clear and executable recommendations.
- Align local and European stakeholders on portfolio strategy, investment priorities and key decisions, while monitoring portfolio growth and profitability through clear KPIs.
You will be part of the Campina Marketing team within the Consumer Dairy Europe Business Group.
The Portfolio Marketing Manager Campina reports to the Campina Brand Director and works closely with marketing experts in Innovation and Physical & Mental Availability, as well as with Sales, customers and external agencies, to maximise impact.
