IT and Technology M&A Consultant - Transaction Advisory

Job Description

Our Global Transaction Advisory practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As part of our team, you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies.

The work

You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on:

• IT and technology due diligence projects, focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness
• Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute IT integration phases
• Carve-outs and divestitures where you will take part in the planning, follow-up and execution of IT separation and data segregation activities
• Joint ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired IT landscape for the partnership
