In the Lead Expert / Manager Treasury EMEA role, you will support and advance treasury activities across the EMEA region for the Solutions company.
The role ensures effective cash and liquidity management, contributes to improving working capital and funding structures, and manages financial risks in coordination with global treasury. The role acts as a key regional partner, ensuring alignment with global treasury policies while adapting to regional requirements.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead regional cash and liquidity management activities across EMEA, optimizing cash positions and supporting effective funding strategies
- Drive accurate short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting, delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Manage foreign exchange risk exposures and coordinate mitigation activities with central treasury, local banks, and key stakeholders
- Oversee regional banking operations, including bank relationships, account management, mandates, documentation, and KYC compliance
- Champion treasury digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives through system optimization, automation, and process standardization
- Partner with Finance, Tax, business teams, and global treasury to ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and team capability development

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in treasury or finance roles, including regional or international exposure
- Proven track record working within multinational, matrix organizations
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial risk management, and banking structures
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage
